Agape Outreach Homes vs. WBIR Channel 10 Heartbreakers

Come out and support the Agape Outreach Homes guys as they play a basketball game against the WBIR Channel 10 Heartbreakers. There will be lots of fun, food and prizes. Tickets are $5.00 per person with an internet purchase minimum of 2 tickets. All tickets purchased will be available at the will call table on game day.

 

Agape Outreach Homes Golf Tournament

Current and Future Projects:

• Storage Room/Bathroom/Screened Porch Project Phase I: A storage room in the upstairs at the Jacksboro Pike home will be taken down. The bathroom also in the upstairs will be completely remodeled. A new screened porch will be built and new seven new windows will be installed.
• Kitchen Remodeled: The kitchen at the Jacksboro Pike home needs its old cabinets removed and install new cabinets.
• Bath House: A bath house is slated to be constructed on the back of the Jacksboro Pike home. This will include multiple showers, sinks, toilets, and urinals.

The Agape Guys’ Activities:

• Tuckaleechee Caverns: The Guys are heading to the caves to see one of the greatest sites under the Smoky Mountains.
• Cades Cove: The Guys went to the mountains for fun, relaxation and a picnic. Afterward we all went to Baskin Robbins for ice cream.
• Circus: The Guys went to the circus and fun was had by all. They especially enjoyed the motorcycles in the steel cages and the man being shot out of the cannon.
• Tennessee Smokies: The Guys went to a Tennessee Smokies baseball game. They got to watch exciting Southern League baseball. It was the first time for one guy to go to a baseball game. He had so much fun he asked if we could go again next year.
• Myrtle Beach: The Guys took a vacation this year to Myrtle Beach. They got to experience a “family” type vacation. Some of the activities during the trip include dinning out, swimming in the ocean and a private pool, sand volleyball, basketball, putt-putt golf, riding go-carts, rollercoaster park, souvenir shopping, and an aquarium.
